Eligibility for Return & Refund:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Personal care, hygiene products, and customized orders unless received damaged or defective.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@everolink.com.
