Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

  • Within UAE: 2–4 business days
  • GCC Countries: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Free delivery on orders above PKR [3000]
  • Flat rate of PKR [250] for orders below the free shipping threshold

Order Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

International Orders:

For international deliveries, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
